Partial Wedding Coordination (5 months prior to wedding)
We will ensure that all your initial preparation be completed on a timely manner until your wedding day. Our services take account from turnover planning up to the wedding day itself. Package includes program design, assistance to other supplier checklists, scheduled meetings for updates and progress of accomplished tasks and on-the-day wedding coordination.
On-the-Day Wedding Coordination (1 month prior to wedding)
We will provide services in every point of location from the bride’s residence/hotel up to the church and reception. Package includes program and guest management, pre-event consultation a month before the wedding and over-all execution of all wedding plans and details.
Reception Wedding Coordination (1 week prior to wedding)
We will guarantee smooth implementation of all reception activities from guest management, actual program flow management, and other activities like ceremonial dance and toasts.
